Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of Syono. By creating an account, accessing or using the service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. Do not use the application if you disagree.

Service and acceptable use

The service provides general AI-assisted informational responses. Outputs may contain errors, bias, omissions or outdated information. They are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and must not be used for emergencies, diagnoses, high-risk decisions or any situation in which an error could cause personal, material or economic harm.

You must use the service lawfully and diligently. Do not submit malware, unlawful, sensitive, confidential or third-party data without authorization and a lawful basis; and do not circumvent limits, security measures, access controls or third-party rights.

Minors

Minors must use the service with the authorization and supervision required by applicable law. A parent or guardian must provide any consent required for a child who cannot validly provide it.

Account, availability and suspension

You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for activity on your account. We may limit, suspend or terminate access for breach, security risk, fraud, legal obligation or protection of the platform and third parties. Where possible and appropriate, we will give prior notice.

Purchases, credits and subscriptions

Prices shown in the relevant store include applicable taxes unless the store states otherwise. Purchases, subscriptions, billing, cancellation and refunds are governed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, as applicable, and the relevant payment platform terms. Purchased credit packs do not expire while the account exists. Included subscription credits do not roll over and expire at the next renewal or when the subscription ends. Account deletion may prevent access to unused credits or benefits, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property and liability

The application, software, brand, design and proprietary content are protected by applicable law. No licence is granted other than a personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable right to use the service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes, term and governing law

We may change these terms for legal, technical, security or service reasons. We will publish the new version and effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. These terms are governed by the law indicated by the controller's jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

Communications and advertising

Own marketing communications are sent only with separate, revocable consent. Third-party marketing requires separate express consent and will not be sent without it. This application does not display advertising.
